Today, OIP is a leading insurance outsourcing company working from several offices in the heart of Europe. OIP vision is to provide high-quality service to all clients.
OIP was founded by President - Owner, Bevin Beatovic, and Vice President, Alex Beatovic, in Belgrade, Serbia. Since the very beginning their intention was to contract educated and talented young people, expand their knowledge and ensure they grow into high-quality Insurance Professionals.
Thanks to the excellence of the work provided to its clients, OIP expands and starts getting recognition within the insurance industry. OIP attends its first US Convention and receives a lot of positive feedback from the participants.
In order to create a knowledge trust that will combine a traditional insurance education with modern business skills, the American Insurance Academy (AIA) is founded. Its mission is to educate talented professionals that are eager to start their career at OIP. Through constant improvement and training, the AIA invests in its students and sets them up for success.
OIP welcomes its 100th employee! The company was recognized at the Advertising & Marketing Awards with a 1st place award for the website and newsletter. Bevin makes it to the Insurance Business America Hot 100 list.
OIP went from being a respected Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company to a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) company. Opening a second Belgrade office and expanding the range of clients to Inspection Companies was accomplished successfully.
OIP started a new chapter by opening a new office in South Serbia, the city of Nis. Additionally, we have broadened our scope of services to the IT industry and range of clients to Insurance Carriers, and expanded our reach to a new territory - Canada.
The year 2018 was a year of milestones. OIP is now home to more than 300 employees, celebrated 6th anniversary in Belgrade and 1st in Nis, and, the best part, the opening of Zagreb, Croatia. This means that OIP is now present in 7 offices, 4 cities, and 3 different countries. Expanding the client base to include TPAs is another proof of OIP's impeccable reputation.
2019 is behind us with great accomplishments. A tremendous client and employee growth marked the year behind us. We also found our place on the island and welcomed our first UK client into the family. OIP entered InsurTech arena and is working towards being one of the leaders in this new field. On top of this, our employees got recognized in various ways: Martina Seferovic was featured on 2020 IBA Hot 100, Snezana Obradovic joined Forbes Finance Council, and Milos Petrovic received the Best Manager of Development in Serbia award.
